the location was absolutely stunning. Situated near a picturesque lake and surrounded by beautiful vineyards, it was a truly idyllic setting. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcome. Finally, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. The decor was tasteful and practical, and I especially appreciated the lovely view from my window. Oh, and I have to mention the breakfast - it was simply delicious, with a wide variety of foods to choose from.

All in all, my experience was flawless.

Excellent restaurant for lunch or dinner. Great cook. The stuff was very friendly. The design of the hotel lobby and the garden is very interesting. As expected from 3star Swiss hotels, everything was in working order and spotless clean.

The rooms with the lake view are suffering from the constant noise of the railway and highway traffic. This makes sleep next to impossible. Since there are neither air-conditioning nor ventilation in the room, closing of the balcony door causes the air to be stale. So, either you have constant noise or you have no air - choose what you suffer less from :-(
